I grew up in Northern California and graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelors in Exercise Sports Science. I spent 3 years as head cross-country and track coach at Will C. Wood High School and 3 years as head cross-country and track coach at Notre Dame de Namur University before managing professional athlete sponsorships. Currently I am an assistant cross-country coach at West Torrance High School and a member of the South Bay Runners Club. In 2018 I won the California Classic Half Marathon, the Ventura Half Marathon, the Santa Rosa Marathon, and I qualified for the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials in the marathon with a time of 2:18:29.
I have coached athletes of all levels to reach their goals, whether that be to run your first 5k or improve on your marathon time I can help. Most recently I have helped athletes break 3 hours in the marathon and I coached my fiancé Delia to a time of 4 hours and 24 minutes in her first marathon after never competing before.
